What exactly is the definition of insanity? Some say that - TopicsExpress

What exactly is the definition of insanity? Some say that insanity is when you do the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. Others say that insanity is doing stupid things for no valid reason. And, others say that insanity is to compare ourselves to a fruit. When I was younger, I was one of those “stupid” guys, who spent some time in the can; NO, I am NOT talking about the bathroom either…. But, there comes a time in life, when we have to make a genuine assesment of where we are, and where we are going. My “relaxation” time at Club Lockup (which was very brief, thank God), was the absolute BEST thing that could have ever happened to me. It’s when we’re at our lowest points in life, that we actually take the time to “process”. Shrinks say that the “process” usually goes like this: we first feel sorry for ourselves, then this pity transforms into blame, whether directed at our parents, society, neighborhood or whatever gives us comfort to blame, then this energy once again transforms into anger. However, if we are lucky, we may experience the “AHA” moment, in which we finally realize that we must accept what has happened. When we finally decide to “OWN” our actions and consequences we are able to reclaim our lives. When we forgive circumstance and ourselves, we finally give ourselves permission to change, improve, excel and live, othwerwise we remain in a state of “existence”. Do you want to exist or do you want to live? Don’t believe that YOU have caused everything that happens to you in your life, but KNOW that you’re completely responsible for how you behave and react in the face of adversity. Often times, we hear people say things that like.. “Johny stabbed Lisa because he couldn’t take the pressure, but he is really a nice and sweet guy”............................... huh? seriously? We have an obligation to be our BEST regardless of pressure. It’s our duty to be of character and value, to have vitamin “C”. The word comes from the Latin “Vita” for life + “amine” for substance, thus, we must strive to live a life of meaninful substance. I admit that we will always face pressures, and this is why we must be like an orange. What happens when you squeeze an orange? What comes out? … pure goodness and vitamin c, right? Therefore, we must strive to be like an orange so that pressure only forces our best “character” to come out. Someone asked, how I can always remain cool even when things get shitty. We need to trust that our creator has given us the ability to overcome anything; and we should set forth an example of humility, compassion and unconditional unity. My coping secret when things are shitty, lies in finding a way to help someone. It’s easy to help others when things are going great, anybody can be a nice guy when everything is fine. BUT, it takes character and substance (Vitamin C) to be nice when things are tough. A simple act of kindness may not save a life the way a surgeon does, but, it helps me to find some peace and purpose in the face of challenge. As a father, my priorities in life consist of being the best example of humanity for my children. Just last month, I had a beautiful baby boy, Kayden and I want to raise him to be the best person and man he can possibly be. Children are our internal compass to create a legacy of kind greatness that transcends any obstacle. Many of you know, that I’m a marketer and traffic expert. I sell LOTS of traffic to many renown names in the network & internet marketing world, including MULTIPLE top ten EN income earners. I know HOW to generate massive traffic of salivating, rabid hungry buyers. Many have requested personal coaching to learn mass social media lead generation, which can provide targeted leads for as little as .03 cents. I deliberately charge $5k for my personal one-on-one coaching, because I earn a lot more with repeat traffic buyers than students. I’ve been approached by some new fathers with limited funds who can’t get my personal coaching. One in particular, was laid off 3 months ago and he’s listed his ONLY car for sale to buy my coaching, but he’s still short a few thousand. As a father, I know that babies require regular medical visits for checkup, vaccinations and standard follow up, so I’m uneasy about letting this guy get rid of his only car (even IF he thinks he can borrow his mother-in-law’s car). There’s a voice on my right saying.. “let him sell his car and pawn his grandfather’s watch to pay you the $5k for personal coaching”.. and there is another voice saying.. “you’re a father, remember how much you struggled when you lost your job sweeping floors at the chicken factory and you didn’t know where diaper money would come from?”. And here today, against my better judgement, I’ve decided to host a ONCE in a lifetime, LIVE one day “Extreme Social Media Domination Training Bootcamp” to a small group of 30 at a massively discounted rate in Dallas on October 21 (after the EN event). This may be business suicide (because once someone learns how to generate 1,000 targeted daily leads on the most popular social networks, they’ll stop buying traffic from me). But this is the only way I know to give struggling people a hand to dramatically improve their children’s futures. I choose to see this as a win-win, my students will completely explode their businesses, and I will gain friends and enough to start a college fund for my son.
