What fitness means to me is way beyond the cardio endurance, the muscle strength, the muscular endurance, the body composition, and the flexibility....... For me fitness and health is mentality. Its a mental attribute you have to be willing to train in order to see clarity. Clarity is very important if you have a goal or vision insight. You have to determine whats more important in life and what you have to do as an individual to conquer these responsibilities. Listen for the call of your destiny, and when it comes, release your plans and follow your destiny. In 2011, when I moved back from Utah.... All I wanted to do was train train train but I knew I had responsibility as a father. My lil girls were young so I did whats more important, care for them. Now its 2014 and my lil girls are at that age that they know daddy is training. Its been a good year so far. Im training constantly, Im competing, Im taking care of my responsibilities as a man, and most importantly my mind is right. Remember, fitness is what you make it. You can view it for the physical change aspect or you can view it for the mental change aspect. I prefer both but I choose mentality over physical change cause if you have this, no one will ever break you as a person. MinD over Matter. Thats my Transformation Tuesday story of the day.
