What happened the last time Republicans were in control of the Federal government? We were attacked by terrorist; George W, Bush started 2 wars in the Middle East that took over ½ million lives, costing the nation over 3 trillion dollars; and our financial system had a major meltdown. By contrast, what has happened since we elected a democrat as president? There have been no significant terrorist attacks; the Affordable Care Act was passed, allowing over 30 million Americans to purchase health insurance that they were denied in the past; Osama Bin Laden is dead; and the Dow Jones Industrials went above 16,000 for the first time in history. Of course there is good reason for Republicans to hate President Obama. He makes them look like the worthless scum that they really are.
