What if we put together a LARP version of Diplomacy, the board game. Instead of a board, we use a great big map up on the wall. Everyone has a costume and a character, and we spend the negotiation phase actually physically milling about, then everyone hands sealed orders to the moderator at the end of each period and we make all the moves on the big board while everyone watches with bated breath...
