What is KS Banks core values and what do they mean to us.... “Although the Company is publically traded, we want to continue to be owned and controlled by local shareholders, who share the Company’s commitment to the community.” Deb Pattison, KS Bank Director of Human Resources, wrote as follows: For me, this core value is central to the foundation of a community bank. Having the responsibility of ownership shared among individuals who know and understand the unique character, shared commitments and needs of the local community helps our organization partner with individuals and businesses to grow and strengthen their financial future. Local ownership and control means the team at KS Bank knows their customers, their markets and their shareholders – as people with a shared vision and passion for the place they call home. For 90 years and counting, we’ve known that it all started with a home!
