What is going on in MARYLAND? Thinking just a cold spell is in store? How about cold hearts???!!! A mother of four gave birth at home, called police and told them the baby was abandoned in her yard, another woman is in a mental hospital after her kids disappeared and the judge wont let her try to lead police to the missing children because she cray cray and might incriminate herself, a principal is in jail for repeatedly punching a middle schooler, a woman escaped a man who robbed her and doused her with bleach and gasoline and asked her how she wanted to die, and people are being robbed at gas stations all over the state when they turn their backs on their cars to pay at the pump...someone test the water!
