What is love? First it is NOT material!! No matter how big a rock you have on your finger, how big the house or how fancy the car...thats not love. Love is...watching the one you are connected to struggle to stay until you say the words to release them. Lisa S Richardson taught me this! Love is...moving on with life after your soul mate is taken from you unexpectedly. Alicia McDaniel Williams taught me this! Love is...finding another person to share your life with and taking that second chance after watching your high school sweetheart leave after a long illness...Christopher Cheagle taught me this! Love is...not homophobic and shows that a family is more than a mother and a father but two parents raising children together. Linda M. Dennis-Moore and Tonya showed me this! Love is...when you would do anything for someone without asking questions like when, where or how. Too many of my friends have taught me that to list but I thank each one of you!! Love has different colors, genders, race, backgrounds, religions and it all began when God said Let there be light when he created Adam and then gave him Eve but especially when he died on the cross for our sins. Now you may have another being or higher power that you love and guess what - there is nothing wrong with that! Love knows all, sees all, comforts all....LOVE IS YOU not what you have, not the car you drive, not the clothes or makeup you wear it is YOU!! Just my thoughts this morning Many Blessings!!
