What is the major diff btw HND and Bsc? Bsc and B.tech. U skool in united kingdom or USA and ve HND frm the niger organisations and employers will prefer dat HND to Bsc in nigeria. Why? U hv Bsc and they will tell it is nt( 21) and u hv 21 they will u dat they want 25years ana u try to beat all dis their rubbish requirement they will tell u dat frm who did u come or do u hv 500k or 200k or 150k to give u the job. U give them the money they will place u on contract staff or jt 70k for HND and Bscholders and 45k for. OND holders. Especially banks. U work frm 7am to 8am and there wnt be time for u to do any oda tin or relationship and sm dnt even hv time for it and they end losin their man or woman. They dnt beg u work and all they will u is dat. There is so many pple looking for job and time is taken sack u and give thesame job to anoda person. Pls jt believe in urself and GOD. Look for any small BiZ to start with. The govtment is nt doing any tin to. Help for job . This country need serious prayers.
