What is the meaning of Diversity to me on a world , National, or on a local level? I will go with National Level being that I personally focus on current events that surround The United States . Diversity is Our Nations biggest problem today. Diversity has no boundaries and is effecting our nation in social classes, racial classes and economic classes in all communities across our great Nation. Diversity has brought confusion to our nation in a way that has many people confused as to where they stand in their communities. Their roll and how they are perceived by their neighbor and or friend. Good example of this is what is happening right now between people who feel they are being singled out and abused by Depts of Protection in so many cities around the country ( Police, HWY Patrol, Sheriffs ). Entitlements with out representation is another area that diversity is confusing people. Diversity to me means, division... yet it can also mean acceptance of and understanding for those that are different than I am and living, working, playing side by side as equals.
