What kind of a company doesnt bother to tell you that part of your order is refunded until you get it in the mail? I ordered an Istick and an Orchid V2, and when I got my vapemail today, the Istick was in there by itself, in a THIN bubblemailer with no bubblewrap to ensure its safety, and NO Orchid V2...they REFUNDED it (which it doesnt show in my bank account), and there was NO communication as to why, just circled and said refunded...Mind you I purchased the istick preorder and paid for it on the 24th of September.......it was in stock then, and according to the order # on shipping it was to be shipped. Waiting for answers, but I am super pissed off, and they better make me happy!
