What lengths will they go to to keep Scotland in the Union? Absolute carnage at the polling stations according to Darling. What does he know that the rest of us dont including the police? The media are misrepresenting violent clashes as motivated by the Yes side whereas they are overwhelmingly coming from the side of No. Clearly, there will be geo-political consequences of a Yes vote which powerful forces would not like to face. There are also powerful vested interests at play. Consequently, there will be pressure to deploy contingency plans for the event of a potential Yes vote. I would urge all Yes campaigners to keep cool. Please stop using inflammatory language such as traitor and Brit scum etc. The side which will lose from any escalation in tensions will be the Yes side - of that there can be no doubt. Please spread the word that we must keep calm and not be either provocative or provoked!
