What the hell are these people called? Heres something I should figure out. What do you call the people from the various continents and countries of Veld. Here are the ones I already know: Anverjon - Anverje Bralholme - Brallic Coran - Corani Irone - Ironian Landedonia - Landedonian Paravo - Paravian Tsuankhotal - Khotaljo Vori Islands - Vori People from Clorencia City also get called Clorencians, which has sometimes been used to refer to anyone from the Great Republic. I want to avoid just using -ians for everywhere, as something like Ryrhantecian just sounds silly. But some places it should fit. So, Continents: Roumion - Roumian seems like a good choice here. Orulon - Orulian? Orolan? Orulish? Orulonish? Orulese? Noriun - Norian? Probably, or Nori maybe. Arcolin - Arcolians? Arcic? Arcolan? Other Nations: Ashuya - Ashuyan? Azkor - Azkorite? Azkite? The Free Islands - Free Islanders? Freemen? The Great Republic - Probably Roumians, similar to how people from the USA are Americans. Republicans is probably just asking for confusion. ;) They might just refer to themselves and each other mainly as Citizens though. Kotloc - Kotlocian? Maybe just Kotloc, like the Vori. Im a Kotloc, from Kotloc. Melas - Currently leaning towards Melasori. Maijaar - see below. Muijaar - Muij? Muiji? That could make people from Maijaar the Maiji, which I kind of like. Northolme - I think weve mostly just called them the North Men. Northman. Northic? Might be a little too obvious, but then obvious names and Northolme/Bralholme go together. Razach - dead folks. ;) Razite probably.. Ryrhantec - Ryrhan? Ryrhese? Antec? Tikhor - Tikhoran? Tikhish? Voros - Vori, maybe Vorosi or something when they need to differentiate. Yupah - Yupish? Yupite? Yip yip? This is definitely a post where you should all chime in with any thoughts.
