So do we choose: (1) The first house that needs new carpet in the family room, but is otherwise perfect except for the uncaring property management Russian guy. Or (4) the brand new house which is nice and owned by a nice guy who wants 2-4 year lease agreement (yeah right), has no storage space, all bedrooms upstairs, laundry down, nice sized yard, will have tennis courts and community pool, gas stove, room for a garden..
