What was so hopelessly “broken” about our health care - TopicsExpress

What was so hopelessly “broken” about our health care system? The fact that 30 million Americans were uninsured? Obamacare does nothing to fix that. The government itself admits that even after Obamacare is fully implemented (if that ever happens), there will still be at least 30 million uninsured Americans, and probably more. Or was our system “broken” because, before O-Care, 85% of Americans reported being satisfied with the health care plans they had? Or was our healthcare system “broken” because health care costs were rising? Because again, Obamacare does nothing to fix that — a fact that even die-hard libs like Bob Beckel now admit. Instead, Obamacare adds multiple new layers of bureaucracy and multiple new reporting requirements to our health care system — things that always cause costs to rise. Our health care system wasn’t perfect before Obamacare, but it certainly wasn’t “broken” either. But it is now. Thanks to idiots like Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell!
