What was the purpose of establishing ICC? I have always thought it was to help a State resolve disputes and not to stir trouble within a State. Kenyan family for whatever reasons experienced turmoil in the same way the basic family could in 2007/08. Peace and harmony was restored thereafter. The two feuding members of the family resolved to bury the hatchet, to forgive each other and one another and forge ahead. The Kenyan family members agreed and resolved by voting to elect the affected members to the presidency and asked ICC to refer the case back home for prosecution, adjudication and dispensation of justice. ICC has refused? What is at stake here? We have resettled IDPs (genuine and otherwise). The grave diggers and morgue attendance should not kill people so as to safeguard their jobs. ICC to note. God will charge you harshly even if you are non-believers. Judges at ICC should be magnanimous and let go Kenyan cases. ICC Will not add value at the stage.
