What was your cycling highlight for 2014? For us, there were so many to choose from, but right up there was the sea of riders in our ten year anniversary jerseys on the Brisbane to the Gold Coast Cycle Challenge. Oh .. and who could forget another great highlight was the beaming faces at the finish of our Cycle Queensland Adventure Tour from Agnes Water to Coolum Beach! The overwhelmingly positive feedback in our post-event surveys from both events gave our volunteers and staff a real boost and reminded us of the real purpose Bicycle Queensland serves - to introduce people to the joys of cycling, encourage ongoing participation through our events and work on your behalf to put the strongest possible case for ongoing improvements to cycling infrastructure. Wherever you are in the great state of Queensland, why not roll into 2015 with a nice morning ride on January 1. Every little bit helps with our goal of getting more people cycling more often!
