Whats for lunch! Trying to eat healthy since I went back to work! Chicken Salad served over Broccoli balsamic / tomato salad instead of bread! Its Quick! Organic roasted chicken I cup seedless grapes 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 cup of Hain Canola ( high in antioxidant vitamin E) mayonnaise Sea salt, celery seed, pepper to taste! A pinch of sugar to bring out the flavor a! Let chill at least two hours to absorb all of the seasonings !
