Good question, but the answer is never explicitly, Mostly received opinion from a worldview I adopted in place of my own imagination and reasoning, but its generally true. The point is that complete worldviews, including religions, cults, modern mainstream science, etc. replace most of each followers own imagination, in effect, each persons potential, with the systems worldview. Thats the reason the Nazis called psychological warfare worldview warfare. But it doesnt stop with wars, hot or Cold. The same people that ran psychological warfare operations for the US in WW-II became magazine publishers, film TV producers, and managing directors of PR firms in civilian life post-war. They are there to keep peoples imaginations in check. Ugly, but true, and worth explicitly realizing, I think! Jon Rappoport is the only investigative reporter I know of that puts it in plain terms. Incredible stuff, but then again perhaps Ive been listening to this sort of thing too much and adopted a worldview that the powers-that-be are manipulative conspirators! ;-)
