Whats on your mind? facebook asks me....The answer is: so much..its hard to describe. I cant stop thinking about Kenya, the things that I saw, heard, smelt, and felt..its overwhelming. I have so much on my heart and mind. I am still processing a lot and I know there are things that God is still teaching me but I feel so incredibly blessed to have been able to go on this trip. Thank you to everyone for prayers and support. I definitely have so much that needs to be shared and plenty that Id love to discuss..words will come eventually but I do have fear and regret that I wont be able to even remotely verbalize my experience. For now..I just wanted to share a few moments that were captured by my friend, Alexandre Costa Fotografia. These are pictures taken at the Joska girls boarding school. These girls are incredible, so beautiful and smart! and this school gives them more than I could ever understand before I went; being able to see the life that they are being rescued from and the hope that the future will hold brought an entirely new light to the program for me. God is working through Missions of Hope International to literally save lives and change a generation. I am grateful for and humbled by the opportunity to witness it.
