When I OWN a Ballroom Dance studio someday .... 1. I will treat my staff with RESPECT and not berate belittle and disrespect them. 2. I will be appreciative of my staff for they are the ones who help keep the place open and teach the clients. 3. I will be open to suggestions and ideas. 4. I will not be cheap or frugal but smart and strategic with my money. 5. I will not tell lies or manipulate my staff, future staff, and or costumers. 6. I will be open to constructive criticism. 7. I will accept responsibility for my actions and learn to apologize when I do something wrong. 8. I will be efficient and pay my staff on time and for every lesson they have taught. 9. I will allow my teachers to have a going away party or respective announcement they are leaving and not con the costumers into believing their teachers abandoned them. Above ALL 10. I will run my studio with class and excellent efficiency never in chaos and disfunction. ... All these things I have acquired in learning from a year in teaching ballroom.
