When I first heard that Jason Pardue had been arrested for a double homicide, it really bothered me. I grew up in school with this guy. I rode the bus with him. He was always a trouble maker. The bully. I havent seen him in several years. But finding out something like this.... a guy that I KNOW not just murdered, but tortured and 8 year old boy and his mother, as well as raped his own 12 year old daughter repeatedly. Its heart wrenching! I cant help but wonder, did everyone miss the signs? All those years ago when this kid was acting out in school, was it a warning? Could anyone have done something? Some kind of intervention? Was there help to be had that could have prevented this terrible tragedy?? I wonder, what was done to you, Jason, that caused you to turn out this way. My heart just breaks for this family. Im at such a loss. I pray for God to wrap his arms around this little girl and help her to overcome the trauma she has faced. I pray God will lift her high above what she has gone through & give her peace, hope & a happy future.
