When I moved to Denver I did not know anyone here. I was in need of friends who could help me build a new life. I left my family, my friends, my work, my hobbies, and my ministry because I was convinced that God was leading the way west! I prayed for people to enter my world and join me on a new journey. Once I arrived the first order of business was to find a church family who would love me through the next phase of life. I would not only find an awesome group of believers for fellowship but I would develop a few special relationships as well. One of the things we call happy lightning is Rachel Padworski who allows me to give her motherly advice and yet treats me like someone in her peer group as well. Today she celebrates her birth and I for one celebrate it with gratitude that we are friends! Happy Birthday, Baby Girl, I love you dearly! #forever29
