When I was a child growing up in Woodmere Long Island I remember - TopicsExpress

When I was a child growing up in Woodmere Long Island I remember watching TV and seeing black children with bloated stomachs laying on the ground - flies landing on their eyes and lips. I could not understand why they didnt shoo away the flies. As I got older I understood they didnt have the energy to raise their arms. They had given up on life. As a 7 year old boy, I could do nothing about this so I flipped the channel to watch the Flintstones. Can you believe this shit is still going on 41 years later? For the past 3 years I donate $20 a month to a non-profit that helps Africans become self-sufficient farmers. They will ultimately no longer need our charity. I tell you this not to brag about my charitable giving. I share this with you to implore you to please join me Robby Berman to try and stop this cycle of crap from continuing. We can do this from the comfort of our warm, well-lit home that has a working shower, hot water and Netflix on-demand, indoor plumbing, a well stocked fridge and kitchen cabinets while we sip our Starbucks coffee perusing Facebook getting ready for Shabbat. If you are reading this post on your computer on your Facebook account, you most definitely can afford $20 a month even if you are unemployed. As poor as you are you will never be as poor as these poor bastards. I post this request once a year. Today is the day. Please join me do a mitzvah. Please sign up for a $20 monthly donation to One Acre Fund at https://oneacrefund.org/give or if you like you can donate to iAfrica, an Israeli non-profit that builds solar-powered water stations in Africa innoafrica.org/index.html https://youtube/watch?v=MNXwVZjckQU
