When I was a kid I was a BRAT. There are many negative connotations and definitions associated with that derogatory term regarding a child. Terms such as whiny, selfish and spoiled come to mind. There is another definition of BRAT that is rather complimentary. A Military brat. BRATZ had to learn to be strong, malleable, capable, confident, flexible, AND most importantly Bratz had to learn how to mourn the loss of old friendships, while 2 days later establishing new ones 6000 miles away. Key West, SC, Guam, Scotland, Spain. Just to name a few. Thanks DAD for your service. Thanks Dad for the incredible global experience and education that I was exposed to while you made your sacrifices. YES. I am a BRAT, and I thank my dad for that in some way, everyday. Tony
