When I was a little boy, I was told that if I ever attempted reading in public, someone would steal my wisdom. It was such a funny thing they said. Today, whether on trotro or taxi, I have a book with me that I read. Such that even when theres traffic, I am not bothered. Actually, there are times I pray for traffic while on my way home just to finish up with a chapter before getting home. That way, no matter how tired I am when I get home, I am convinced that I invested at least an hour in gaining new knowledge. I have no control over the presence or absence of traffic. However, I have absolute power over what I use my time for while in traffic. You can try it if you havent. It works.
