When I was in the deepest of my drama queen days and depression a very wise elderly Indian Lady said to me...what are you going to do for other people?...you need to always be of service and give give and your life will improve ...at that time in my self-centred victimisation I thought what is she talking about? I am in the middle of a horrible divorce, no money, two little babies to look after. I Actually thought she was a little nuts to be honest. Now I realise that to give happiness a chance we need to consider other people and take responsibility for how we affect them. It is not possible to gain self-respect and self-worth if the only reality that counts is your OWN. Look beyond the garden gates and grow up and into something you can be. For it is the happiest people in any society across the cultures, religion and races that recognise their power to affect others positively and do something about it. This not only has a positive affect on them but also you. Watch as to how powerful this is , how it can flip your life around and how you begin to think of yourself. This women really provoked into me a profound change that has truly re-created my entire existence. What are you doing for others today? lots of Love Karina Francois
