When I went to Puerto Rico on a cruise ... a woman was selling glass necklaces made from pieces of glass like this joined via wire loops ... I bought a necklace and bought a dremel drill (brušulica) and a stand for the dremel and learned how to drill holes at either end of a piece of glass and tried to made a necklace ... not that easy to do ... still have the drill ... and maybe when I finally have nothing to do ... which is years away yet ... I will try again. I would love to pick up coloured glass on this beach ... the glass smoothed out by the waves. I still collect this glass in Croatia when I see some on the seashore ... but must admit that I have purchased blue and acqumarine colored glass on the internet that has been rolled in a cement roller as I can only find green and brown and clear glass on our seashore and not much of that either. I paid $50 for my all natural glass necklace. Its cool.
