When Pr. Scott was teaching in todays session I learned that, A leader or the overseer must be ABOVE REPROACH. He must have ONE WIFE, He must be TEMPERATE -- even - minded, He must be SELF-CONTROLLED. He must be RESPECTABLE. He must be HOSPITABLE. He must be ABLE TO TEACH. He must NOT BE a DRUNKARD. He must be GENTLE. He must NOT BE QUARRELSOME. He must NOT LOVE MONEY. He must MANAGE his family well. He must NOT BE a NEW CONVERT. He must HAVE a GOOD REPUTATION with those outside the Church.
