When Scotts lips are moving he is lying. The man is a despicable crook, he should have faced fraud charges and jail for his rip-off of Medicare when he was the CEO of Columbia/HCA, and instead he resigned. He was paid a retirement package of $9.88 million, and left owning 10 million shares of stock worth over $350 million. In 2002, Columbia/HCA settled with the Government and then pled guilty to 14 felonies and agreed to a $600+ million fine in the largest fraud settlement in U.S. history. Scott steals and is paid, who ever said crime doesnt pay?
