When a customer has complained and we promise to make changes, do - TopicsExpress

When a customer has complained and we promise to make changes, do we make those changes permanent? The Lord spoke to Judah and said, "But now you have shrugged off your oath and defiled my name..." (Jeremiah 34:16 NLT). Under pressure, we may agree to any change in service or quality requested by our customer. Later, we may believe we promised too much, or the change promised is costly, or we just get careless on the follow-through. We will lose all credibility with customers when we fail to follow through for any reason. Establish a system to implement your promise and check up to ensure progress was made for great customer relationships. Subscribe to the free Business Proverbs e-mail here: bit.ly/ncixc1
