When a grand jury decides not to indict, it doesnt mean not - TopicsExpress

When a grand jury decides not to indict, it doesnt mean not guilty. It means that, based on the available evidence, a court of law would not be able to convict. There are probably several things that led to this, including the fact that Johnson changed his story and the fact that the public version of the autopsy disproved his story. Im willing to bet that, in trying to make things better, Johnson was a big player in throwing too many question marks into the equation. Either way, both Brown and Wilson made poor choices, whether intentional or not, that resulted in a tragic outcome.
