When a man is happy he will lead his home in the right way to go. He will be responsible before God in guarding the gates and the foundation of his home. He will stand his ground against anything that would threaten his wife, their marriage, or their children. God has placed a big load upon the shoulders of a husband to carry. Therefore a husband needs a wife that is understanding, that is submissive to him (Ephesians 5:22-24), and who is able and willing to go through the fire with him, stand in the storm with him, love him without limits, and sacrifice for her husband, her marriage, and her family. The Bible declares that when a man finds a wife, he has found a sho nuff good thang. He has found the girl that would do all these things and even more, and because she is this type of woman, he, the husband will obtain mucho favor from God (Proverbs 18:22)! Women, for better or worse; in sickness and in good health; for their many riches and their empty pockets; for their many mood swings and their feeling like the weight of the world is upon them: pray. Yes pray, Amen! The best weapon that you can use as your husbands helpmeet is to pray for him and your marriage! Amen.
