When a person realizes the meaning the real meaning of the Four Noble Truths, the person is like that firm post. It means that he cannot be shaken. The wind comes to blow from the four directions but this pole is unshakable. The Four Noble Truths are : Dukkha-unsatisfactoriness or suffering; the cessation of Dukkha, the way leading to the cessation of Dukkha. Now we have knowledg but that knowledge has not strengthened our mind to stand firm. There is no realization yet. In other words after realization of the Four Truths our understand about life changes. When various incdidents occur-such as ups and downs, likes and dislikes,- we always create enormous worries,miseries, and disturbances in our mind due to lack of such understanding. So our mind is very shaky. Our understanding is often very poor. Who creates these problems? External forces may caused disturbances but we create problems in our mind. There is no life that exists without facing problems. By realizing the nature the nature of our life, the nature of the world and worldly conditions, we can minimize or avoid mental, problems and maintain satisfaction in our life. .
