When a sculpture does not blow up in the kiln, its not as the - TopicsExpress

When a sculpture does not blow up in the kiln, its not as the typical school teacher teaches her students, its not because there were no airbubbles in the sculpture, its because every precaution was taken to make sure this piece was bone dry before exposing it to high temperatures. Its often like that with us as Gods children, the airbubbles here represent those things in our past that before had tripped our walk with the Lord. We all have a past, we all have flaws that either was mistakes from our own wrong doing or handed down generational curses. We all have things from the past that tripped us up .....we all have some moister from the past that given the right opportunity and time we would find ourselves keeping those airbubbles moist and active whereby we would fall when somebody or circumstances turns up the heat and we fall.....when a clay sculpture is placed in the kiln yet with active moisture trapped in a air bubble....under intense heat.....the moister must escape and thereby explodes. ..and great is the fall of it. Ive had sculptures blow up in hundreds of pieces and sometimes the damage is so bad....they cannot be repaired. But there was a time ......when I did fix a severely damaged sculpture and it ended up winning: Best of Show God puts us on the shelf until He knows we have no moister from our past actively present and hidden from all eyes except His. We may think we are ready for active full time ministry but our Creator knows all things....whats inside of us? We must make for sure that we do not prematurely enter into great ministry until we are willing to ask our Creator to set us on the shelf drying out....before we face the giants of life. Sometimes very seemingly dried sculptures do get a little damage but by submitting to the Lord He can make us all over again and making us a vessel meet for His service. That sculpture from years ago that got fixed and ending up winning Best of Show, took time for me to rebuild. But the clay was perfectly willing to submit the Masters Hand. When we fall, we just submit to our loving God so He that began a good work in us may perform it until the day of Christ! Good day :) Ps. Never give up!
