When an event such as our Staff Appreciation Week is a success, the credit starts with the event Chair. Kena Boers vision, amazing organizational skills, realistic scheduling, and dedication created the foundation for a fantastic Staff Appreciation Week. We thank you Kena! Many thanks to ALL of our South Ridge families for another wonderful Staff Appreciation Week. Due to your generosity and contributions, our amazing staff had a fantastic week of acknowledgment and care! In addition to the kind words and individual gifts your families shared, our PTA arranged for special beverages in the staff lounge throughout the week, flower sales in the middle of the week (we sold out Thursday), snacks and goodies, massages, coffee, and a new microwave for the staff lounge. It took over 25 contributors of both time and donations to help pull together this week in true South Ridge Style. An extra special thank you goes out to Mona Sahgal who prepared and donated a fabulous luncheon for the staff on Tuesday! Also to all of Kenas cohorts in arranging the activities for the week, Tara Ross-Brown and Marybeth Stephens. To all of the contributors this past week; we couldnt have done it without each of your support--THANK YOU!
