When in Veruno I told Dave that, to mo me, The X tour live is their weakest live cd, and for a precise reason. Not that it was the first date of the tour (which of course means the band still has to get used to play the new songs on stage) but actually because it was in a seated theater: what kind of energy do you get from people comfortably sitting? In the other live dvds, with people standing up, singing, going wild (especially on the Dont Try This At Home dvd), the band clearly enjoy the show much more, and the performance of course benefits from this. Dave told me that actually the recording came out by chance, it was not planned, and this explains a lot. :) Anyway, there is one song in the set that really stands out: From The Darkness
