When is the last time you challenged yourself? For example, for the entire month of October, I have challenged myself to go without bread and all forms of bread...thats muffins, croissants, biscuits, dinner rolls, breadsticks, tacos, flatbread, etc. Today is day 13 of my challenge, and I must say that I have been successful in sticking to it! This challenge also lets me know just how MUCH bread I consume on a daily basis! My clothes are starting to fit differently, I find myself eating more leafy greens, and I dont feel as heavy. My aim was not to lose weight, however I wanted to discipline myself more as it relates to bread. Challenging yourself can also equate to a discipline that you would like to gain. I now will be able to eat bread (once the month has ended) maybe three times weekly vs three times DAILY. Challenges can also represent when changes need to be made! Challenge yourself to something new! It doesnt have to be as extreme as my personal challenge, however your challenge should suit you! What will you challenge yourself on? tewlg twitter/tewlg
