When liberation is not liberation for the poor but liberation solely for the rich elites. This lie we call democracy and peoples governance must be exposed. When those who negotiated in the CODESAs betrayed the masses by accepting Capital and the neo liberal agenda they knew it would translate into the poor being victims of their decisions. They will knowledge afore-hand became complicit in the slow genocide of our people especially the poor and politically unconnected. Our Political pigs have become arrogant and now even drink champagne in the name of the people even as the people have to access to health care or water or housing. They forget that the French revolution began when the Monarchs oppressed the people to the breaking point and Marie Antoinette added insult to injury when she said let them eat cake perhaps its time for the people to change the political system, storm the Bastille and send the fattened politicians to the guillotine. Far too many of our people die in the hell holes we call hospitals even as the politicos build Nkandlas for themselves. The disparities between Sandton and Alexandria show clearly that democracy is not working for the masses but works only for the select few who feed on the tears of the people. Our freedom has been denied us and the new Boers sit in parliament and do exactly what the apartheid regime did to us; we must change things with our hands if our votes are failing us.
