When no tolerance is the rule and at any time a simple act of not wearing a seat belt or jaywalking could lead to a fatal shooting by a cop who doesnt like your attitude towards authority you have to know we live in a world where the police have now become judge jury and executioner. Did anyone else notice that the police can now summarily impose judgment without trial or is it just me ? Ive been studying law and statute for a long time and always knew that a court room had to have a jury of your peers to render a verdict of guilt . Even the judge did not have that authority. His job was always only supposed to be administrator of the courts proceeding and to read the jury verdict. Then it all started to change and mostly on TV, civil court proceeding decided by a judge on TV , Judge wapner , judge judy , so many judge shows enforcing this idea of people allowing one person to decide the fate of others , That is not law , That is not a court room , that is a slave dictatorship imposed by the state to rush things along . Is your life , your reputation, and your dignity something to be rushed along ? let alone rushed to the point of being shot on the street by a cop who take it upon himself with his grade 12 C average education to impose a summary judgment and execution ? It was bad enough when they allowed a judge to decide your life but now they moved the bar down as low as the lowly street cop policy enforcer. The day you first heard the expression NO TOLERANCE was the day they decided that the law no longer mattered.
