When pressed for time or gym is busy I try to make the most out of the machines Im using. Heres a little 3 for 1 quick lower body tri-set circuit I did as part as my routine today- Do 4 rounds of 20 reps e/a exercise (no rest in between, you rest 30secs to 1 min between rounds) ____________________________________ Cuando estoy corta de tiempo o el gimnasio esta lleno siempre trato de aprovechar al maximo la maquina que estoy utilizando.
