What if Allah asks you so who appointed you to pass such judgements? The great imams and Muslim scholars were so scared of using the word kufr that unless they are dead certain they would never declare something as kufr. Nowadays everyone think they have the authority to declare something out of the circle of Islam. People be humble about your knowledge. Islam stresses on the middle ground.
