When the Counties Assemblies Forum went to court, on a matter concerning county funds; it was ruled that funds be released up to a max of 50% of their budgets. If a county had an appropriations bill, that it Gets 50% of that bill... If a county had not passed the appropriations bill, that it requests withdrawal on a vote on account rule... Nyandarua, we had done the bill, what makes me wonder is, if really this country follows the rule of law & why then, institutions are not respected... The CRA recommended revenue allocations to counties that were later passed by the parliament. We prepared budgets on those limits given by CRA & submitted them to CoB for withdrawals approval, which she has not done... On This, parliament in Nbi knows: when this leaders who live in Nbi say that counties dont do dvpts & even failed to pay the public servants....we all know its a lie & being economical with the truth..., Let them know that Im also a voter. As Im watched by the pple of Gatimu; Im also watching them.... As Im held accountable by the Gatimu Pple, I also should consider holding them accountable at their levels....
