When the clouds are full of rain, the rain will definitely fall. God has perfect timing for all that happens in your life. Little did Joseph knew that his prison experience was going toned within a matter of minutes, straight from the prison to be come in charge of the same nation that he was once a prisoner to. Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has made all this known to you, there is no one so discerning and wise as you. You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you.” So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.” Then Pharaoh took his signet ring from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger. He dressed him in robes of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck. He had him ride in a chariot as his second-in-command, and people shouted before him, “Make way!” Thus he put him in charge of the whole land of Egypt. (Genesis 41:39-43 NIV) Everything has its own season and time, whatever you may be going through it is a matter of time it will be over and works for your good. If Joseph had remained in Potiphars house he would not have become the prime minister. He would have only become in charge only to Potiphars house, but his jail sentence catapulted him to his promotion as a prime minister. If Joseph brothers had loved Joseph they way they loved themselves then Joseph would have missed his destiny. Dont worry about your current situation that you are wondering when this will be over. It will turn out for your good. It is a stepping stone to your destiny. Doesnt worry or waste your energy on haters, they are creating a conducive environment for your miracle to mature, you dont need them closer to you as they mAy discourage you with their evil motives. Its alright sometimes to be lonely or to have few associates/ friends, because it draws you more into Gods presence and it Allows you to hear more from God than to hear from confusing voices of men. I guess if most people were in Josephs shoes they will be taking anti- depressants because they have been rejected by their own brothers and to them thats the end of life. But no, Joseph did not dwell on his rejection, he focused on his new assignment in Potiphars house. Your down time is usually your prep- time. Joseph served with excellent wherever he was serving inspire of his situation. That shows even in your down moments do whatever you have to do with excellence, if its at your work place, let people see the work of God in you not your misery. I declare the accelerated elevation and promotion of God in your life, as God did so in Josephs life may this be your portion. May those who forgot about your good works remember you. May your enemies be put to shame, in Jesus name. May you experience your joy because of what God is about to do in this season in your life. Its your season of laughter.
