When we laugh, we are able to shift/release the same corresponding frequencies caused from grief, when we cry. Exactly the same. as if we wailed or cried, but we are laughing,experiencing joy and also bringing joy to those who hear us. Remember what you sounded like crying or laughing, do you notice they are relatively all in the same area of notes on a music scale? ;) Whatever sound we emit IS the frequency of that stagnant junk energy, ripe for letting go from our being. :-) This is one of the reasons we feel better after a laugh, why laughter had been called the best medicine. And why we are ready to face some more of our grief / accumulated suffering energy, after a period of joy. This is our design. The good enables the bad to leave, enabling us to contain more good, allowing for further grief release and so on! How perfect! :D
