When we saw this tiny Shih Tzu mix boy on the NYC ACC intake - TopicsExpress

When we saw this tiny Shih Tzu mix boy on the NYC ACC intake alerts, my heart skipped a beat. I then saw he was listed as a red behavior rating and I knew we had to step in. According to the shelter, he was completely unapproachable, severely aggressive and unsocialized. We have rescued our fair share of reds to know that these dogs are usually just terrified and are ok after being out of the shelter environment for a few days. We didnt have any background info on Tiny Tim since he was a stray found tied to a fence. We rolled the dice and decided to take him in. I cant even describe how amazing he is!! From the second I took him out of the transport van he was a mush! He curled up on my lap on the drive home and wanted nothing other than to be held and pet and loved! He loves belly rubs and will flip over at your feet at any time to get some. He loves being outside in the backyard and adores Cooper (also up for adoption) who has become his best friend. Timmy is so awesome I could go on and on and on about him........ So to sum it up....... TINY TIM IS AMAZING! He is also great with other dogs! Timmy is only 1 year old and weighs about 10 pounds and he is fully vetted. He still needs a foster home, Or better yet, a forever home To apply to foster or adopt Timmy, please fill out an application on our website and email it back to us anarchyanimalrescue.org
