When you look in the mirror you might not look like the bodybuilders in the magazines, but make no mistake you are a bodybuilder. In fact, you may be a better bodybuilder than any bodybuilder in any magazine. You might be saying, Vic, how can that be? Well, it all revolves around your definition of a bodybuilder, doesnt it? If your definition rests solely on titles, appearance, or magazine covers, I can see why you might not buy into my theory. But, Id like you to suspend your idea of what you believe a bodybuilder is and contemplate my personal definition of a bodybuilder. It has taken me a while to develop this but I believe it is accurate. Bodybuilder- A man or woman, who actively engages in activities that support the overall structure and function of the human body. Now, do you see yourself in this definition? Can you see why you are more of a bodybuilder than those you see in magazines? Make no mistake, YOU are a bodybuilder. Websters will be hearing from me. PEACE , VIC
