When you make the erroneous conclusion that remedying metabolic damage means losing weight from the get go - you are sure to do more harm and then good and you are thinking at the level that caused the problem to begin with: PROPERLY dealing with metabolic damage means knowing that weight-loss is not necessary in order to see and engender metabolic improvement. Metabolic improvement comes first - weight-loss is a later consequence of that. If you make this equation the other way around - all you are really doing is dieting again - does that make sense?
