When you need help, it is useful to reach out and help out someone else in need. Soul Sistas my colleague Nicole Dixon is in need. Her daughter was recently diagnosed with cancer and needed a transplant. Nicole took compassionate leave from her work to take care of her daughter. Happy to report her daughter is well. When Nicole advised her employer that she was ready to return to work, he unexpectedly told her she would not have a job to return to. Nicole is a single mother and looking for work.
