When you suffer from depression, anxiety, or any mental illness simple tasks that most take for granted become 10 times and require 10 times the amount of strength and energy to complete them. But we shouldnt downplay our efforts. Instead we need to give ourselves credit for the accomplishments they are! We may feel weak at times. But we must celebrate how strong we really are and how much strength we gain by pushing forward everyday!
