Whenever someone is assassinating your character or belittling you, refuse to retaliate. If you truly listen to people you will often find that the words they speak are a reflection of how they really feel about themselves. When you feel judged and condemned, you will judge and condemn. When you have a low self-worth it will manifest in one way or another. However, when you know that you are loved and valued from the inside out, you will effortlessly love and value others. When you are secure in your identity, you will be a fountain and not a drain. You will bring light wherever you go!
